1969 - 1973
Government Contract for removal of about 30 wrecks from River
Plate and Parana, using 400 tons and 1000 tons floating crane and
wreck grab.
Removal of 3 tankers of between 10,000 to 20,000 DWT at Esenada
La-Plata, which sunk after an explosion, causing a major obstruction
to other traffic at Ensenada.
Involved in transportation of the famous steamer Great
Britain from Port Stanley (Falklands) to England.
Cuba
1974 1977
Government Contract for the removal of about 25 wrecks in Havana
Harbour, one of them being the Houston which participated
in the Bay of Pigs assault. Using 1000 tons Floating Sheerlegs and
wreck grab, the contract was successfully carried out. |
